Wheatgrass: the sprouts

Wheatgrass is young sprouted wheat of 10-15 days of age.
Wheatgrass of 12 to 20cm length can be cut and then juiced.
Due to its extremely fibrous nature, wheatgrass is indigestible by humans.
And because of this indigestible nature, its best taken in juice form only.
