Liver Cleanser: Wheatgrass Juice

Liver: The body's principal detoxifying organ.
Main function of liver in our body is to process and eliminate harmful and toxic substances before they enter the bloodstream and cause damage. These substances can be anything from alcohol to drugs to pesticides on our food.

Now how does Wheatgrass cleanse this vital organ in our body?
Wheatgrass contains high levels of amino acids and enzymes that naturally detox the liver by pulling heavy metals and waste material from the bloodstream. Wheatgrass also opens blood vessels so the blood circulates more efficiently. Wheatgrass juice takes part of the burden off the liver, allowing it to catch up on its cleansing functions.

Wheatgrass an alternative Cure for Cancer: Myth or Reality?

Despite many claims of Wheatgrass as Anti cancer cure it is nt yet Clinically proven.
Many researches by Dr Ann Wigmore, Dr Scbnabel and others show its high nutritonal value as compared to other green vegetables.
Wheatgrass can be seen as cancer preventive.

Wheatgrass is mostly chlorophyll - about 70%. Chlorophyll has a very similar molecular structure to hemoglobin, the molecule which carries the oxygen in the human blood stream.

High in Chlorophyll, Wheatgrass renews and rebuilds Red blood cell count in our body.

Hence comsumption of wheatgrass juice helps build oxygen in body, which is key to boosting immune system and fighting cancer cells to multiply in human body.

Wheatgrass Juice- the green blood

Wheatgrass juice is very high in fresh chlorophyll which has been shown to aid liver function, remove toxins, and boost the immune system. Amongst the positive aspects of chlorophyll would be that similar to hemin, it is also a constituent of hemoglobin. In humans, haemoglobin is the particular protein which provides oxygen onto the body cells. The primary distinction between chlorophyll and hemin would be that hemin is for iron while chlorophyll is for magnesium.
Apart from anemia, chlorophyll has also known to be benefits for the heart, lymphatic systems, vascular systems, the intestines, lungs, as well as glands. At the same time, cholorphyll also helps in reducing blood pressure, blood sugar, and acidity levels plus it also helps treat and prevent cancer. This is only one part of wheatgrass.

Because it contains 8 essential amino acids, 80 identified enzymes and a range of vitamins and minerals wheatgrass is often called a complete food. Research studies have shown that it contains powerful anti-cancer agents: the chlorophyll, antioxidants, abscisic acid, and the 80 enzymes. Its alkalising action helps balance the body's pH and move it from the cancer inducing acid state caused by our consumption of so many processed, sugary and fatty foods.

Dr Wigmore says...

When grown in organic soil wheatgrass retains 82 out of the 92 minerals that are present in soil and 1oz of wheatgrass juice is said to contain the same amount of nutrients as 2.5 lbs of green vegetables.
What are some of the benefits of Wheatgrass?
"An analysis of blood samples drawn from more than two hundred Hippocrates guests before and after the two week program gave scientific support to our observations. Performed at the Arthur Testing laboratory, the study showed that within two weeks of following the Hippocrates live food diet and drinking wheatgrass juice, the blood is detoxified and the immune system strengthened. These changes lead to more energy and an improved ability to combat and reverse illness."
